Refunds & Return Policy
At Optiwave, we stand behind the quality of our automatic contact lens cleaners. Since our products are personal healthcare devices, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. 7-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items)
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging with the protective seal intact
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Manufacturing Defects & Warranty
If the device is not functioning correctly or arrives damaged:
Please record a short video of the defect and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund after verifying the technical fault
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Items where the original box/seal has been opened or tampered with
Items used even once (unless there is a verified technical manufacturing defect)
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping. For defective items, we cover all costs.
